Reward Hunt is not a game of chance, lottery, gambling, or betting activity. No element of randomness, luck, draw, or algorithmic chance is involved. Outcomes depend solely on the user’s physical speed, location accuracy, and in-app reaction time.
Users must be at least 18 years old to participate in Reward Hunt. Use of the application by minors is strictly prohibited.
Paid features offered within the application are provided solely for user convenience. Such payments do not influence competition outcomes, winner selection, or reward distribution and do not guarantee winning. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Users are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws, traffic regulations, and public safety rules while participating. Reward Hunt shall not be liable for any violations committed by users.
Reward Hunt is not responsible for delays or failures caused by server latency, internet connectivity issues, GPS inaccuracies, device differences, or third-party service disruptions.
Rewards may be subject to a reasonable post-win verification process. Rewards may be canceled in cases of rule violations, technical errors, GPS manipulation, multiple accounts, or automated activity.
The following actions are strictly prohibited: - GPS spoofing or location manipulation - Multiple account usage - Use of bots, scripts, or automation tools - Any attempt to manipulate the application Violations may result in permanent account termination without prior notice.
Users participate at their own risk. Reward Hunt shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, losses, or damages incurred during participation.
Rewards earned through Reward Hunt are real cash prizes. Any balance displayed within the application represents pending or verified rewards for display purposes only and does not constitute electronic money (e-money), stored value, or a bank deposit. Rewards are subject to Reward Hunt’s verification and payout procedures and are non-transferable.
Reward Hunt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service. Material changes will be communicated to users within a reasonable timeframe.
Reward Hunt may suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.
